Uli K. Chettipally, MD, MPH is a pioneer at the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare. He is the founder and president of InnovatorMD, and co-founder and CTO of Kaiser Permanente’s CREST Network. InnovatorMD’s mission is to globally advance the work of physician innovators and entrepreneurs delivering solutions that revolutionize patient care. Dr. Chettipally is passionate about supporting doctors with machine learning technologies that magnify their ability to predict who is going to get sick, prevent them from getting sick, and provide them with the right treatments. He draws on 26 years of experience as an emergency physician and senior partner at Kaiser Permanente. He has presented at many scientific meetings and industry events such as Big Data 360, Medical MEMS & Sensors, Connected Healthcare, Maxim Integrated, Health Technology Forum, Big Data & Analytics for Healthcare & Life Sciences Summit, The Einstein AI, Deep Learning & Super-Intelligence Global Summit and AI Med He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, as well as a clinical researcher at the Kaiser Foundation Research Institute, and has published articles in various peer reviewed journals. He received his medical training from the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine & Science, Los Angeles, and his MPH from the University of California, Los Angeles.
