Richard Henson is a medical device development and manufacturing professional. He has spent my 30+ year career in this industry. His experience includes diagnostics and multiple structural heart device companies with interventional and therapeutic technologies.

He co-founded and ran Source Scientific, a medical device contract development and manufacturing business with many clients in the clinical diagnostics space. As CEO, his primary roles have been to manage technology development and lead creative teams. In 2012, Source Scientific was included in Inc. Magazine’s 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the US.

In addition, he has worked for several Fortune 500 companies in business development and international marketing. He also ran a public company where he doubled the stock value for the shareholders.
